Toller Diskussionsbeitrag, Respekt! :) Mal ehrlich: wir sollten doch schauen, dass Verständnis auf beiden Seiten aufgebaut wird, und nicht "wir gegen die". Findest Du nicht, dass es zumindest Gründe gibt, warum Menschen Auto fahren, mit denen man sich auseinandersetzen sollte?

Toller Diskussionsbeitrag, Respekt! :) Mal ehrlich: wir sollten doch schauen, dass Verständnis auf beiden Seiten aufgebaut wird, und nicht "wir gegen die". Findest Du nicht, dass es zumindest Gründe gibt, warum Menschen Auto fahren, mit denen man sich auseinandersetzen sollte?

...der ÖPNV unzuverlässig ist?
...die ÖPNV-Fahrten zu lang und zu kompliziert sind?
...man Dinge transportieren muss?

This inspired us to consider if just doing quarterly retreats is enough to keep us going as a kick-ass team in the long run. We're spread across many time zones, so traveling long-haul is a challenge, but maybe we'll establish local meet-ups as we grow.

As a remote company, we tend to forget how important real-world social interaction is. I just returned from our new starters onboarding retreat in #frankfurt, and it was just amazing to feel the energy in the room and see how the newbies picked up the vibes.

My #founder insight of the day: #investors don't want you when you're needy, but when you're planning without raising anytime soon, you kind of gain popularity. :) It's a good position to be in. Depending on #VC money sucks.
