I'd appreciate help with this as we got hit with yet another high power bill due to corruption in my state. We're going to fight it back, but they're not dumb, to raise a claim your account "must not have any pending amounts", even if the pending amount IS the reason to raise a claim!
I'll keep selling personal characters until I manage to gather for all my tools and to keep food in my plate and medicine to survive. Please lend me a hand with this.
