ThatOnePlace Card Game is a character based "War" or "Uno" style card game loosely based around themes of fighting games.
Choose a character and build a deck. Then throw down attacks and try to K.O. your opponent.
Blocking, countering, and empowering your moves until there is a winner. Best of 3!

She's been through a lot of versions but so far this one just feels the best so far.

It's been a while. A long while. I apologize for the lack of everything. This project is still going to get done! But I've been stagnant since March. I am going to try to get my old routine back this week and see what happens.

Its honestly really hard to think of ideas for a game when the mechanics are so different from your normal card game. Some effect that seems weak in Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh or Pokemon ends up being super busted in ThatOnePlace. Or something is ends up being so weak it's good for the opponent.

It's fun when you can tie some deep real life thoughts into a story you've made

Sometimes it was a great experience, or an enlightening event. Sometimes you wish you could forget the horrible past. But ThatOnePlace made who you are.

Having been sick for a week and super busy the week before my sleep schedule, and my project mindset has been tossed around.
But what's crazy is the past few nights I've been hearing songs pop in my head. Stuff I've only heard maybe once. And it puts me in a flow of ideas that's been rare lately.
