today i had to choose between going to the food pantry and going to an important doctors appointment. i had to pick good.
my doctor wouldn't see me because i was two minutes past my late window and they can't fit me in again for months.

i continue to be surprised to discover i'm having trauma responses to being in a school shooting.
which feels silly.
but it honestly doesn't help that the entire internet was talking about it. and it's somehow worse that everyone is already moving on.
