First commander game of the year, came out swinging with The Wandering Minstrel. Played lots of awful tapped lands and swung out with a bunch of pumped up birds.
Got absolutely smashed on the crack back but it was fun ☺️

Second board game of 2026 was another new one, Last Light. Took the group a little while to understand how to play and the strategy. We didn’t get to finish it unfortunately due to time, but there is definitely an interesting game here and the group want to play it again, which is a good sign
