A new one on the other place, Howe should have played 3 at the back weeks ago & only decided to go that way because Bruno was injured. Like he just woke up on Wednesday morning & thought right lads let’s try something new. They all seem to be ignoring the fact Burn & Schar have been crocked #NUFC

So just to re cap we went toe to toe with the European champions in their own backyard with a team that contained a CB who I’ve been told for the last 2 years isn’t good enough, a midfielder I’ve been told isn’t good enough & was playing as a FB & a clueless manager who isn’t “elite” #NUFC 🤷🏻♂️

Disappointed with today, my take FWIW, started well, should have scored in minute one & didn’t, Villa had a good spell & scored. Back on top for rest of half but again couldn’t score, Villa dangerous on the break. 2nd half, Villa shut up shop we couldn’t break the down, Villa take their chance #NUFC

I’ve just had the pleasure of watching Lewis Hall demonstrate how football should be played. An exceptional talent, the whole “whose Englands best LB” isn’t even a discussion anymore is it? The lad is so far ahead of everyone else it will be a crime if he doesn’t start at the WC #NUFC

The seconds probably done us a favour, at 1-0 we’d have 3 weeks of hope & maybes when in truth we probably had to win tonight, certainly avoid defeat. No complaints, the lads tried against a quality team & our luck eventually ran out #NUFC
