i caught jks live which rarely happens and it really helped me get through a task that wasn't going so well so when it was done i pulled up njs live from yesterday and body doubled to finish my task and now btain is calm and hopefully i can sleep despite meds causing insomnia and jitters

The whole 3 steps into BTS? Mine started with BTS & ARMY donate to BLM. Look for the helpers. Look for those who give back. Those are the good ones. (And I found a whole community of them)

Depression / Anxiety are a bad combo. Especially when I know what might help me feel better, but just can't make myself do it. So now I not only have a PT buddy, I now have a RunBTS buddy who is checking in daily to see if I've gotten my necessary dose of laughter.
