One of the great tragedies of shifting from one platform to another is the loss of all the shared history I had with late friends. Losing Twitter was a gut punch bc Dan was so prolific there. Losing Facebook another, all those photos and memories. Piece by piece I lose Dan Kaminsky. Over and over.

Spouse is sick, kiddo just recovered, I had a 7 root canal, dishes aren't done, Xmas tree is STILL UP, we are just crushing it over here.

Weeknight: alarm at 6:30, snooze until 6:45, trudge downstairs at 7, out the door with hair in a ponytail at 7:50
Weekend: no alarm, wake at 5:30, downstairs with coffee in hand 6:30, chapter 4 of my book 8am.
