Notice that there are very few rappers standing up against the wickedness and corruption of the Trump Adminstration and it's fascism. Hip hop was supposed to be used against fascism, against oppression, against racism, and against classism. Now, it feels like it's fighting back against nothing.

Why did the suits shut down conscious hip-hop? And back in the 90s shows like A Different World were inspiring Black people to go to college, and then they suddenly went off the air.
