Also koopa troopa’s. Koopas were unnecessarily hard to draw and animate. They look weird compared to goomba’s, who have like 6 frames for their smooth walk cycle while koopas have 4, so they have a really choppy walk cycle. Even the spinning koopa shells were easier to animate.
Im making a Mario game to practice game development some more and ironically the hardest figure out how to code were semisolids. Not koopa’s, not Mario, semisolids.
