What radicalized you?
The most environmentally progressive thing we can do is REDUCE our consumption - not greenify energy sources using infrastructure reliant on fossil fuels

I miss when Christmas meant three ghosts terrorizing greedy rich guys into treating their communities better. ☃️🎄🟢

@susanholtnb.bsky.social please let provincial physios get the specialized training in medical imagining and get us in every ER, walk-in, and collaborative care clinic to conduct assessments. We are trained in musculoskeletal, cardiorespiratory, and neurological assessments.

I am biased as a Green supporter, but @davidcoonmla.ca does a fantastic job being critical AND cooperative in discussions related to our critical provincial needs

Also, PP being against these backroom deals for poaching MPs saying Canadians didn’t vote for a majority government when his own riding didn’t vote for him and he pulled his reelection nonsense is painfully hypocritical.
December 18, 2025 at 3:54 PM
I don’t like the back room deals for forming a majority government, but when you have an opposition that refuses to oppose based on values and constituents’ beliefs versus opposing to oppose, that’s when this sketchy stuff happens.

Premier Smith keeps talking about a ‘bitumen pipeline,’ but the facts don't add up. Sending dilbit through a pipeline puts communities and waterways at serious risk. We need leaders who protect people and the environment, not ones who downplay the dangers.

Can’t we just TRY anti capitalist movements as solutions to some of our biggest problems? How many more times do we have to see the same predictable result of capitalist agendas before the point gets through our thick skulls and smooth brains?

Hearing @elizabethemay.bsky.social be so appreciative of @rachelgilmore.bsky.social for providing an uninterrupted platform to clearly voice green policy and concerns just shows how abnormal decency and reasonable political discourse has become. Democracy is not 30s sound bites and childish antics!!

Question period really feels like a horrible waste of time without proportional representation and the whole concept of watching these people yell back and forth at each other is embarrassing

Why should we believe Alberta will meet higher environmental standards when they don’t meet the standards now?

Kinda sus there’s so much pushback against tax dollars going to social supports from the same people that want tax dollars going to anti-tariff supports.

Capitalism really has poisoned us.

Hear me out: Electoral Reform Ed.

1. Proportional representation: a system made before anyone but wealthy white men could vote could probably use an update.
2. MPs: represent constituents not parties.
3. Question period: be remotely productive rather than trying to get the next hot clip.

All the comments saying “just go directly east” but clearly people don’t realize the Alaskan border extends southward along NW BC 🥴
Fact check: No, U.S. oil tankers do not pass through the Hecate Strait. Elizabeth May shows exactly why the tanker ban exists, and why protecting it matters.

And while I’m at it, why not make these “departmental cuts” AND tax the rich? Why is it the non-rich who need to buckle down and get ready for sacrifices but the rich get the break on their luxury yachts and unused homes?
November 20, 2025 at 2:09 PM
Why is it always social programming that is the first to be cut? It’s not socialism that has brought us to this point because we do not live in a socialist society. This is the consequence of capitalism and continuing to use capitalist approaches to solve a capitalist problem is just dumb

Being elected by your constituents based on the values you represent then crossing the isle because you “don’t agree with leadership” rather than “my constituents don’t agree with leadership” clearly shows the real disconnect in the foundations of our democracy

Do people honestly see the Trumpy nonsense and think “yeah, PP would be doing so much better”?

Friendly reminder that industrialization was supposed to improve global wellbeing and reduce workloads.

Capitalism is why you’re working so much for so little (not all the reasons the corrupt want you to believe)
