I had fun this week-end with GitHub Spec Kit. I started from an @aspire.dev Blazor+Minimal API template and built a Christmas Story generator for my almost 5-year-old daughter.

First time for me with Microsoft Agent Framework and Blazor. GitHub Copilot did a good job. Aspire MCP is awesome

Background agents in latest vscode version seem awesome.

Having everything built-in to delegate tasks to agents that work locally, autonomously, and potentially in an isolated context is going to be game changer.

Watching AspiriFriday replay featuring @scott.hanselman.com @maddymontaquila.net @damianedwards.com and @davidfowl.com is both highly educational and incredibly entertaining. On one side so many small learnings (tools, way of thinking, tips, good practices, etc). On the other side, just pure fun 😊

@acolombiadev.bsky.social nice video about GitHub Copilot Spaces! Usage with Copilot Agent is very interesting. However for the MCP, in its current state Copilot can't use the content of a space so it's useless. Are other tools currently being developed for this MCP?

Today, AI didn’t solve my coding issue. I tried Gemini Pro 3, Claude Opus 4.5, and GPT‑5.1 Codex. None helped, even with full context from my IDE and docs.

The problem wasn’t complex—the solution was simple once found 😁. The issue was that the AI gave wrong answers, not the right one 🤣.

Beaucoup de personnes ne savent pas que l'on peut naviguer dans le code d'un dépôt GitHub sur vscode sans devoir cloner le dépôt pour autant.

@captainsafia.com I've discovered your blog recently and I love reading your articles, especially the ones about Aspire. Great job.

It seems Aspire is starting to overlap with some tools like Nuke, Cake, or Pulumi. I was wondering, is the plan to integrate with them or be an alternative to them?

After getting used to Swagger UI, using Scalar as the OpenAPI UI feels like a fresh breath of air.

Anyway, I'm still using mostly http files in my IDE or Bruno to send my requests, but it's always nice to see something different.

I've been trying to use GitHub Copilot Modernize feature to upgrade my application to .NET 10. The plan is nice, but the execution it depends, it can take time and make some format (or worse) issues in your csproj.

Setting TargetFramework in Directory.Build.props would have help me. #dotnet

Started using GitHub Copilot to update Azure DevOps work items — not for laziness, but for flow.

When I’m deep in design, I stay in my IDE. Copilot + MCP Server = context, updates, no tab-switching.

What felt like a gimmick is now part of my daily dev stack. Not perfect, but powerful.
