Adjusting KICK-BELL levels so they don't have to be zoomed out as much, as that was one main criticism from the SAGE 2025 demo ^^

I want to note, that despite TEAM SLAY-BELLS pretty much starting from the ground up again asset wise, I do plan to find a way to archive the original demo build's levels as some sort of unlockable extra feature, as I plan to have a lot of dev stuff unlockable in the game's library.

Now to put my money where my mouth is 😄

I've saved a bunch of SAGE games to play! First up is KICK-BELL, a cute arcade-y title. I got stuck on this level, unfortunately. Visually very impressive and solid level design. Aiming is hard because everything's so zoomed out. But overall pretty fun!

Thank you for your feedback on KICK-BELL!

I'm currently working on a camera system you can switch to in-game that changes the perspective to be closer to the players!

(this will be able to be switched during game-play with the controller's shoulder buttons ^^ when it is fully implemented!)

I just completed a full world in Kick-Bell!

(honestly, saving levels for last was a good idea, because now that everything is programmed outside of all of the world bosses and certain small gimmicks, I can just MAKE the levels and play them.)

honestly feels surreal to be this far in.

Development history:

When KICK-BELL was still a 2D arcade styled game instead of a 3D arcade styled game, the first world's main theme was completely different in a very early testing build.

I decided to change the first world's theme in the current version because I felt this one was too simple.
