We champion excellent mathematics education for all. Here, we share updates and resources for trainees, early career teachers and mentors involved with our programmes.
We know our trainees will be busy writing up a sample of their literature reviews for their PGCE assignment over the next week. Remember that @sheffieldhallamuni.bsky.social have loads of support available on My Hallam to help with academic writing and referencing #MathsToday

Was great to see our Y1s at training days in Birmingham, Leeds & London last week. We loved hearing how you're getting on in school and geeking out on some maths with you all. Trainees also got thinking about their next steps in their practitioner research for their PGCE assignment #MathsToday

Over the next three days, we'll be welcoming over 200 trainees to their second in-person training day. They’ll be taking a deep dive into the topic of graphs, thinking about how they engage with research and developing their criticality ready for that PGCE write-up! #MathsToday

We're getting our teeth stuck into this report from the Observatory for Mathematical Education. It provides interesting insight into what's happening in mathematics classrooms - well worth having a read for our programme members and mentors #MathsToday

Well done to ECTs for their engagement on training day 2 last week. We enjoyed dropping into breakout rooms and hearing all about the brilliant work happening with pupils as part of the ambassador projects. We're excited to support with these in seminars and interactions this term #MathsToday
