Russia launched two Iskander M ballistic missiles and 183 attack drones overnight, Ukraine’s air force said. As of 08:00, air defenses shot down or jammed 156 drones. Missile and drone strikes were recorded at 16 locations, with debris falling at seven sites. #Ukraine

Satellite images published by Yle show Russia rebuilding a Soviet-era garrison in Petrozavodsk near the Finnish border. The site is being cleared and prepared for new barracks, likely linked to Russia’s new 44th Army Corps. Most of the unit is still fighting in Ukraine. #Russia
