OTD, December 1st, Ukraïne celebrates an anniversary of the Independence referendum which was held abiding by the constitution of the USSR. The result was unambiguous: more than 92% voted for independent Ukraïne. Every region voted more than a half for that. Yes, including Crimea and Donbas.
