I am happy to announce the publishing of my first book!

I’ve been the proud father of a young boy and although it’s only been 2 years, fatherhood has taught me many lessons.

Some of which I have written and now compiled into book format.

Available in Paperback and on Kindle.
It is your duty to deal with the times you were destined to live in.

Longing for another time is to do away with the opportunity God has given you to prove yourself.

We all need something or someone to give us some perspective.

It’s mind boggling to me just how many people have no issue with being indoors and then driving somewhere else indoors over and over

Its been almost a year since my Father (May God have mercy on him) passed away.

Everything I do, I now wonder if it is something that he would have been proud of me for.

The permanent expectation is there for the rest of my life, and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Physical strength is always in abundance. What people must be inspired towards is moral and mental strength.

Those they are in dire need of.

Public immorality must face some level of resistance, anything is enough but the point is that it must not be allowed free rein without challenge.

Reminder: Your job, wealth, role or title means nothing if you don’t have a pleasant, happy family life.

Fix your relationships with your family and have children of your own.

Everything else will fix itself.

Things I’ve always felt but could never explain.

This is why I read.

Poignant.

If human beings think creatively (something AI is inherently incapable of), aren't we submitting our intelligence to machines that are inherently inferior?

Our brains require friction to learn, but rapidly accelerating technology makes things as frictionless as possible.

Therefore…?

Enjoy the stage of life you are at. Dont yearn for what has passed.

Let it go and embrace who you are.

Having a <6 month old in your life is a blessing from God only truly appreciated by the Parents.

You dont see many babies this age out in public, and even if you have them in your wider family they are mostly asleep when you visit.

People only experience it a few times in life.

Every bit of technology changes something.

As a photographer myself, it never occured to me how much I might be missing out on a scene by just pressing a button to take a photo.

Every day you must remind yourself that everything is learnable.

There is nothing you see someone accomplish that you cannot reasonably do if you put the effort in to learn.

This is the easiest time in history to learn.

The only ones who truly get to experience (and enjoy) the newborn stage are the Parents.

Everyone else, even your own Parents and siblings, they only see glimpses of the pure joy that a new baby brings.

Once a few months pass, that experience is gone forever.

It’s interesting how Europeans saw the world only a few hundred years ago.

The East was to be abandoned, while the West (the Americas) represented hope, freedom and opportunity. Frontier mentality.

History had a balance however, and the East has always been number 1.

Each nation, each people and each civilisation has its turn at domination.

They spread to the whole world what they personally excel at, thus contributing to the overall progress of the human race.

When their time is up, the cycle repeats.

Fascinating idea by John Glubb.
