I made a monterey jack/panko bread crumbs baked chicken with spiced baked potato wedges and green beans dinner.
I mixed some siracha with mayo for a dipping sauce.
I'm not used to cooking just for myself.
In Wales I had 4 including myself.
It tasted good and I have leftovers!
I'm lonely.
