Another animated Christmas movie. This time, it's the Tailor of Gloucester. An episode from the World of Peter Rabbit and Friends starring Niamh Cusack as Beatrix Potter and Ian Holm as the titular tailor. It was also dedicated to the memory of the show's writer and director Dianne Jackson.
