A Louisiana State University professor is in danger of losing his position because he used his first amendment rights to express his opinion about Louisiana’s governor. Not only is this wrong, but it’s putting in danger Gates Foundation funds to the university.

The RFK appointment is without a doubt purely political. There are millions of people more qualified.

Imagine a scenario where bad cops are pulling over POC and demanding sex acts or cash. The Laken Riley Act gives unchecked power to law enforcement. They can falsely accuse people & threaten them with deportation or indefinite detention. This bill enables abuse because it ends due process.
