5 years ago Phil Spencer and the rest of Xbox leadership had such a good reputation. They came across as genuine, focussing on the things that other publishers wernt. Now their monopoly means every terrible decision they make negatively effects the industry. Lives ruined because numbers must go up!

Please realise that most of these layoffs and closures arnt because of a lack of funds, profits are at record highs. It is instead a conscious decision made by dirs to pull back from bad decisions THEY made in a hope they will look better to shareholders. Short term thinking #gamedevlayoffs

Finished Rime for the 2nd time and I honestly think this is one of the best examples of "less is more". It's a subtly complex game that respects the players time and energy. Such a shame to see Tequila Works added to the gamedev graveyard. I hope this team finds their footing elsewhere. #gamedev

Another classic mismanagement of a legacy studio by the corpo asshats. The studio that made incredible games like F.E.A.R and Shadow of Mordor just shutdown after 9 years on a WW project. INSANE decision
For my final year art project in high school, me and a friend created a brand called "Readi-Chew - Pre-chewed food for the elderly". It had promotional material and a mock package design. We got As. I think about that idea more than I should these days.
