We can't mobilize without rest. It's not selfish to recharge, it's necessary. TAAG wants to acknowledge that this framework of rest as resistance comes from a Black woman Tricia Hersey and her book "Rest Is Resistance" as well as the Nap Ministry.

We should fight and resist, but that is not all we should do.
