Monotype of pink irises in tall grass. Semi abstract and gestural looking. More flower inspired painterly additive monotypes. Mainly pink and green with a bit of blue. Monoprint with paper stencils and additive monotype. Pink, purple, green and blue are the colours.

For those unfamiliar with the Somerset landscape, Glastonbury Tor is an iconic historic feature surrounded by the Somerset Levels that flood yearly. Not to this extent though - a glimpse of a hellish future or of the distant past?

It's that time again: #PrintPromptMonday and for this week's theme of #Water here is 'The Cobb' - made for my parents for Christmas. They spend a lot of time down at Lyme Regis and we've got many happy memories now of walking along The Cobb as a family. #Printmakers #ArtSky #BlueSkyArt

My demo at Lawrence Art Society happened tonight! In order to make sure I cut the right bits of my reduction print I #flipped a photo of my drawing in my phone for reference, as everything prints as a mirror image in lino... Here's some process shots and the finished print! #printpromptmonday
