These executive orders on banning federally funded entities from recognizing trans people or disallowing them from using the bathroom are not self-executing or immediately enforceable. They require formal rule making at a minimum. They are a scare tactic. Ignore and do not comply in advance.

If you're trans and a number of months/years on hormones with little effect, it's worth talking-about your dosages.
Just 2mg valerate or gel p/d isn't going to cut-it, these are essentially placebo doses with the doctor's intent being that you don't transition. Worst I've heard was 0.5mg E.V. +10y

Hi friends. So unfortunately I lost my job a few weeks ago and, we won't have money for groceries. We're pretty much at the end of the groceries we have that won't last us the week. I need to make sure I eat because of my medical issues. If anyone can help, it would be so appreciated.
