During the 2025 London Games Festival
showing for Tahitian Driftin’, we handed out REAL postcards to everyone who played (with space for a message, postage stamp and mail address on the back)!

The REAL watercolour artwork was made by a good co-developer friend’s wife!

We still have a few spare! 😉
On top of a black matte surface is placed a large postcard with a white border. Inside the border is a watercolour hand painted scene of a tropical seaside bathed in orange by the evening sun. Between palm trees and fern shrubs is a sleek concrete track lined with white lights, along which three futuristic hovering vehicles race eachother. In the lead is a sleek blue vehicle shaped like a sardine. Behind it is a smooth red vehicle decorated with white sporty stripes. Lagging in the back is a blue and yellow angular looking vehicle. A line of elegant calligraphy reads “Wish You Were Here!” with a white arrow pointing from the text to the blue and yellow vehicle. In the bottom left corner of the postcard is the logo for Tahitian Driftin’ which is styled like a smooth energy burst emanating from the bottom of a stylised palm tree with a circle around it.

A wide-sweeping tropical island scene in the middle of the ocean surrounded by low hanging clouds and a bright blue sky. A twisting concrete road points upwards towards a large ring through which four futuristic hovering vehicles drive through leaving trails of light behind them. Two of the vehicles in orange and green are far off in the background while the other two are very close and rendered in high detail with subtle paint brush strokes. The closest vehicle is boxy and sporty with a rear end spoiler. The whole vehicle is coloured in yellow and blue with multiple branding decals and deep black windows. The vehicle just behind the blue and yellow one is coloured red and white with its own set of decals, though its design is much more angular and sleek with fins that point down and a smooth curved top with equally dark windows. The logo for the game “Tahitian Driftin” rests just above these foreground vehicles and the whole picture has some aging effects applied to it that makes it look like a worn out retro postcard.
