My point is not that Carney has personally chosen this policy, but there are a lot of anti-trans policies in a lot of jurisdictions in this country, and he insists he's keeping Canadians safe. Why are trans people left out of the safety?

Congratulations on your factual statement. Does it comfort you that pushing children to suicide is someone else's jurisdiction? Are human rights a provincial issue? Should a prime minister support everything a province does as long as it's technically legal?

Instead of trying to silence a globally-persecuted minority by sending us to people who systematically ignore us, you could try supporting us. Or saying nothing.

Alberta just banned gender affirming care for minors, which is known to lead to more suicides among children. How can you claim to protect families when you allow policies that lead to children dying? Are trans people not Canadian?

He can't run again *under the legal system he was elected under. It took less than a week after few was elected for his cronies to start looking at a way to extend him to a third term. Since then, so pretense at following the law has been dropped. Trump won't leave without a war.
