Had a health insurance scare today. We paid online, but it went to our old plan instead of the new one. Cue panic when they said I wasn’t insured. Took 4 hrs for them to call back since everyone was calling them. 😵💫
Got it sorted, but it took half the day. New year, same insurance chaos.

My kids are finally in an after-school program all day & excited to go there. Time with friends, structure, routine.
I love my kids endlessly, but having a few focused hours to breathe & work was pretty amazing too.

Santa nailed it this year. An electric scooter for my 10-yr-old, a bike for my 4-yr-old & suddenly everyone’s outside.
Less video games, fewer screens, more fresh air. We even did a 2.5-mile family walk & the scooter held its charge the whole way.
