When you’re on the fence if you should upgrade an existing costume or try to finish a new costume in the minimal time you have 🤔
The latter is more stressful and highly likely not possible to be finished in the timeframe that I have (if not concrunching)

if you're a cosplayer, i encourage you to re-examine and reflect on why you're making or wearing costumes and to see if it's still a hobby for you in the way you used to engage with it in you 20s or teenage years. it might look a lot different now, and that's okay!
