Syn's accent is a heavy mix between Irish and Scottish, her time in Il Mheg was a delight because everyone sounded so close to Syn. Because of that though, she tends to slow her speaking speed, because otherwise she feels her accent washes her words away, and she hates repeating herself.

Syn-Zenos was because Syn was deeply battle hungry, and Zenos was the perfect one to draw it from her, to make her feral. It's the idea of two people so intrinsically linked from fighting. It was something that just clicks to me for those two.

For Syn, it depends on who's doing the flirting. Most men, she'll likely just laugh and say "okay yeah sure" - except for Erenville and Urianger. Women, however, yeah she folds more often than not. She'd attempt to flirt back if she finds the interaction fun, but sometimes the gay panic is too real.
