Over the last few days of being sick as a dog, I've basically avoided everyone - no energy for interactions. In the process, I feel as though a foundation is being laid for a more fundamental reset.

Morning all! Just on a train to the start of my leg in the Bondi2Manly relay run. Eating lollies and tracking our leg 2 team mate who is pinching out 4:30min/km pace.
