My audio engineer says get back to work.
I turned my draft into my editor a few months ago and was SO glad to leave it in someone else’s hands and not think about it. But now I’m ready to work on it again. Which really means I’m starting to feel embarrassed by how raw some of it was and I wish I could pull it back before anyone else sees.
