Are we good doctors if we save our patients lives yet leave them in financial ruin?

Hyperfixated on physician health and well being.

See the death cross of private practice medicine in my banner.
Genocidal regimes should not be given “defensive” weapons by anyone.

Starving millions to rescue one, then acting outraged when that one is starving too—isn’t just hypocrisy. It’s the proof.

I never imagined a PDF file would become president—and worse, that when we all found out, the world would just look the other way in confused helplessness. It’s not confusing. It’s corruption. It’s injustice. And it’s time for accountability.

If a government’s elected officials are taking money from a foreign country and then approving funds to that country against the interests of the people they represent is called Tree Son son.

Since there are no buildings left in Gaza, we will start seeing the occupation openly murder people with 2000lb bombs, and we will watch in horror, waiting for the world to do something.

Western morality is a myth.

Who will save Gaza? Muslims? Arabs? No one?

Remember Gaza. Never forget Gaza.

Many in the U.S. never had to play “the game.”

“Shut up, brown boy. You can’t act like that.”

Kendrick Lamar delivered the most beautifully intelligent halftime show in Super Bowl history—storytelling, artistry, and imagery as striking as it was thought-provoking.

Many white people didn’t get it

Today I learned that in the 1980s, the U.S. helped Iraq acquire chemical and biological weapons to use against Iran.

And it gets worse: the U.S. also blocked Iran from getting gas masks to protect its civilians from these attacks.

Dear Democrats,

The past four years have shown a lack of principles and action. You watched tragedies unfold and did nothing.

You lost because of it.

Donald Trump is President. Stop crying and start helping to fix our broken country.

Many of you might want Bluesky to grow so you can get more likes.

If all you’re after is likes, go back to Twitter and shout, “ALL HAIL ELON.”

And in that moment, you’ll understand why there aren’t more likes here.

How bout we give credit to Biden for enabling the death of thousands of innocent people, since y'all are so concerned about “credit”
Let’s make this clear…
President Joseph R. Biden and his administration gets credit for this deal!!
Trump is already trying to take credit for this.
F*ck him!!

See libs, Trump WAS the anti genocide vote

You didn't have to vote for the status quo, complicity.
If Trump ends the genocide before he enters office, some of y'all owe us an apology for voting against genocide.

I was a one issue voter 🤷🏽‍♂️

The most messed-up thing about taxes—something no one seems to talk about—is this: if you work hard for your income, you’re taxed at 40%.

But if you make money from capital gains by doing nothing, you’re taxed at just 20%.

How does no one see how badly this screws over poor and working people?
January 15, 2025 at 1:04 AM
Insurance asks you to pay them to protect against bad things happening.

But there’s another side of the business: predicting those bad things and cutting coverage to avoid payouts.

That’s not protection—it’s theft.

So let me get this straight:
1. State Farm cancels fire insurance in LA.
2. LA goes up in flames.
3. State Farm sits back and does nothing.
4. LA Rams are forced to move their playoff game to State Farm Stadium, generating massive ad revenue.
5. State Farm really said, “I’m him.”
