We have not shown enough steel or ruthlessness. We are settling for League 1 mediocrity in everything we have done under the new management. Yet for Bloomfield, this is his level. It's not enough for this club. I know it takes time to gel and some aren't ready yet, but 3 defeats in 7 is poor.

I think most Luton fans knew it was lazy journalism to have us as favourites for promotion. 5 games in, pretty abject performances, and 2 defeats highlights that a bounce back to the championship is not happening. More shots but not clinical enough. Very little confidence in Bloomfield right now.

There's only 1 team showing promotion credentials here, and it isn't the ones in Orange. Performance levels keep spiralling lower and lower - can't keep the ball, can't build, can't pass. Got to give credit to Cardiff so far, but hopefully we can weather this storm and start playing...not confident!

Comparison of MBs & REs tenures at LTFC this season overall - with the appalling run of 12 games in transition between the two (4&8). Started to see things working in the last 9 games prior to yesterday, but it's really concerning, as we will no doubt have to rebuild next season.

Not needing more motivation for staying up, but at Derby train station a 60(ish)yr old man came up to my 10yr old daughter's face & said "I hope your shitty little club goes down". Didn't react to the sad old pratt, but I hope he had a terrible afternoon & that he doesn't get any Easter eggs! #COYH

Looking for positives, we didn't lose the 2nd half?! We were bad before Matt joined, & we are arguably worse now. Performances may have been slightly better in some recent games, but the end product is missing & not having enough fit quality defenders is costing us. Just a shadow of 2 seasons ago.

So very pleased for those Luton players who kept fighting. Collectively, the team is totally out of sorts - but there is a spirit there, and I'm so glad they found a way to get those 2 goals from nowhere. #COYH

Not sure many expected much from this game given the levels of the performances this season. However, I don't think changing the manager brings a change in fortunes either, certainly not straight away. Still, let's see if we lose the 2nd half...
