We couldn't agree more that food waste is a big problem AND we can all do our bit to make huge improvements for everyone's benefit. But please, please, please make EVERY DAY "Stop Food Waste Day!" We need to be thinking and DOING 365 days a year. Are you with us???

James Vaccaro is a bright guy. Here's a good example of the CO2 cost of a flight vs. a ferry. Time is a cost too, but we've ignored (and even been led to believe) flights are cheap and convenient. Yes BUT there's a lot more to the story. Knowledge is power! Manage accordingly!
