The painting presents a surreal and somewhat unsettling scene. The dominant feature is a dark, almost swamp-like green background densely packed with what appear to be stacks of US dollar bills rendered in muted gray and brown tones, creating a claustrophobic and overwhelming cityscape. The bills are depicted in a jumbled, overlapping manner, suggesting a chaotic and possibly unstable environment. The bills themselves might be suggestive of wealth, but the artistic representation obscures this, shifting the overall impression to one of disquiet and instability.
