InterLibrary Loans are a great solution for resources outside our collection. Our video tutorial in our profile shows how to make an InterLibrary Loan request, so you can grab e-resources up to 6 hours after your request. You can obtain physical sources too, but there may be a slightly longer wait.

The Learning Development (LD) team have been out presenting at sector conferences to share ideas and grow expertise.

LD Advisers & Librarians headed to #ALDcon25, while the Maths and Statistics Advice team attended #UKCOTS25.

"The Q&A tool enables students to generate multiple choice questions on an eBook in seconds. To create Q&A on a page, tap on the purple widget, then tap on ‘Page Q & A’ icon. Alternatively, highlight a section, hover over ‘Study tools’ in the pop-up menu, then tap on ‘Q & A’."

Remember to hand in your reading challenge logs in. One of our librarians who took part in the reading challenge read 5 books and has claimed gold prize. We have bonus items for each winning tier as a thank you for taking part in the Library's first reading challenge and charity fundraiser.

The Spring vacation is on 17-23 April and fast approaching! We will be open 24/7 throughout the break but please note the ground floor entrance near archives will be closed until 6th May. Please access the Library through level 1 during this time. Happy Easter and good luck for exams!

It's World Book Day tomorrow! 📚 You will find our World Book Day stand on Thursday 6th March with paper fortune tellers to predict your next read. There will also be teas and coffees 12.00-1.30pm, so if you fancy a chat with fellow bookworms do come along!

If you need help with data management, you can visit the pop-up on level 1, Library on Tuesdays 8.30am-1.00pm. Queries can range from data management plans to how to upload data to the Open Research Repository.
