This depends on the type of zombie or Vamp. Anne Rice or Underworld style vamps, or thrall vampires that have no real will of their own like in I am Legend or Hellsing? If I am self aware but trapped into doing another's bidding, then Zombie all day. But free will, like Anne Rice vamps...sign me up.
