I do believe that every person that created a character or property should have full rights and final say on their propert. That said, I think i might be okay with calling myself “The Creator of Earthworm Jim” cause Doug is not going to pick up a pencil anytime soon.

Anyone ever try to make a pitch bible for something like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles rpg? I feel like it would be pretty easy. 4 party RPG with Leo, Raph, Donnie, Mich, Casey, Karai,Metalhead Mona Lisa, and maybe two rpg origina characters to round out the party.
