made a quick little link shortner as a quick webdev exercise for myself. made it open-source, so in case someone needs it for some reason they can deploy their own node (however it is currently not made completely for that and is not documented)

made a quick little link shortner as a quick webdev exercise for myself. made it open-source, so in case someone needs it for some reason they can deploy their own node (however it is currently not made completely for that and is not documented)
