Did some digging into the proposed jet fuel facility on Tkemlups land.
Looks like the three potential locations are #Kamloops, Portage La Prarie, MB; and Port Colborne, ON.
A final decision is supposedly expected in the first half of 2025, with an in-service date in 2027.
