Feeling so much better than I was last week. Obviously still grieving the relationship and all our plans we had but I'm feeling a bit more functional which is good.

I've worked in the office 95% of the time since COVID, except level 4 lockdown. I fully support as many people as possible working from home, to keep cars off the road!

I've made it through 7 days since my heart shattered into 1000 pieces, and 4 nights alone and I think I deserve some sort of bravery award.

My partner and I broke up. Feeling so so so sad. The evenings are just so lonely, I keep looking over and expect him to be in his spot on the couch 😭

This is very mundane but every weekend doing the meal planning grocery shopping was such an annoying chore, I didn't want to suffer alone, but my bf hated it even more than me. So I decided to just pick everything myself without consulting him and do an online pickup order. So much easier!!

I live in suburban Auckland and for the last week this chicken has been hanging around our property. It was amusing at first but I'm tired of it crapping everywhere. Wtf do we do? The local community FB page said have it for dinner but I'm not brave enough for that!!

I went to a party tonight full of youths and whilst I felt very old, it was fun! Nice change compared to hanging out with all my other friends who are having babies lol

Every time I go to the supermarket, countdown in particular, I get to the till and it's even more expensive than I expected. So outrageous.

Why is Chorus advertising so much? They don't have any competitors, right?

If I had one wish, it would be to be able to difficult conversations without crying. It's so embarrassing and unprofessional but I have so little control over it! I hate it.
