What has happened to customer service, a friend has reached out to the MD of a British car company as he needs help & as a MD you must know a customer only reaches out in times of need. The MD just pushes him back to customer service who are unable to assist or help !

Shopping in supermarkets is no longer an enjoyable experience in my eyes and instead of highlighting the cheapest shopping basket why can’t we rate them on customer experience and do the supermarkets deserve us.
