what is something your doctor told you that made you stop going to them and change them?
for me it’s the non-evidence-based stuff like that time when my ex doctor told me I need to go to a chiropractor or an osteopath

the first botox treatment is done
didn’t think it would be so painful but I’ve been told it’s only for the first time and it’ll get easier
now I’m fascinated by people who inject botox regularly to get rid of wrinkles
like why would you do that it hurts!!!

Sometimes it feels like I won “being always tired” combo. I have ADHD, GAD, C-PTSD, CM and PCOS. Sometimes I wonder how the heck am I being able to wake up and do the things I’m supposed to do.

I’ll see her colleague only in a few days but I need an advise to live through these days
I overused eletriptan and now it causes more pain so I stopped using it
is it okay for me to use other triptans? NSAIDs don’t help
