More of this energy. I don’t get it when fans of any club feel that it’s incumbent on them to defend everything about the club no matter what. Like it’s a personal attack. In a sense, have your cake and eat it. Enjoy the football, support the team, and treat everything else with a healthy suspicion
A gratifying thing for us is that LCFC fans have not been rubbishing our work since this story was published. Quite the opposite. It is their owners and execs they're questioning on their forums. Most of these fans disagreed with the choice of sponsor to start with. Sincere best wishes to them.

Would happily take Van Nistelrooy as our next manager. Hopefully get us playing attacking and energetic football again. The players are there, and we need to regain an identity about how we play. He can give us that based on how his time at PSV went. #lcfc

Gutted for Fatawu. Was having a decent season and he would have been very influential for the rest of the season. Our survival hopes didn't pin just on him but they've been massively impacted now that he'll be absent. Hope he has a speedy recovery nonetheless! #lcfc
