We don’t have to travel far or spend a lot of money to see the benefits of travel. Just look at leaving our homes as a chance to interact with different cultures and find something new that can improve our lives. It can be fun, rewarding, and life changing, if you do things a little differently.

Holidays ☃️ are wonderful/stressful. To recover from holiday burnout 😵, seek relaxation with music, movement, meditation, journaling, etc. Gradually re-establish boundaries 💪, say no to things that don't energize you ✋, and set aside time to disconnect from social media and news 📴.

Sunday Assembly London is a teenager! It’s 13 years since that first meeting, and many 100's of thousands of cups of tea later, we're doing that whole ‘community without religion’ thing. There are UK assemblies in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Grimsby plus loads more throughout the month.
