Making sure The Sun newspaper's apologies are read far and wide. Commentary on other stories to keep busy in the long, barren periods in between
NGN, owner of The Sun has issued a "full and unequivocal apology" to Prince Harry for "serious intrusion" into his private life.

Some of the details are staggering.

My colleagues are unable to speak up or voice their opinions because their mortgages are literally on the line. So allow me: we believe @tortoise simply does not have the cash reserves. We believe this is the death of a 240-year-old newspaper.

Clarkson is skewered within seconds here when confronted with facts and the words he's said in the past.

Like so many Sun columnists when roused to step away from their keyboards and be properly challenged (see also Matthew Goodwin, Douglas Murray) they crumble very quickly.

There's been a lot of passionate debate here and over on the dark side about whether it's right to create an echo chamber on Bluesky and only hear the views of people you like, respect and have an interest in.

If in doubt, please be assured it absolutely IS right and long may that continue 👍🏻

Probably time for a reminder of how The Sun covered Donald Trump inciting a mob to storm the Capitol Building on January 7.

After the judge ruled there was “extensive” phone hacking by Mirror Group Newspapers from 2006 to 2011, even during the Leveson inquiry, we get a wall of silence from today's tabloid front pages. Rotten and corrupt.

It gets worse and worse.

Never, ever forget the role the client media played in protecting Johnson and gaslighting the nation. The Sun played its readers for fools.
