What a wonderful weekend. It was a privilege to step in and support @aossweden.bsky.social at 6N. Nils and the team were fantastic, and it was the most fun I’ve had playing in a long time!

All my opponents were fantastic, and congratulations to @team-england-aos.bsky.social on the win!

So @thingster.bsky.social and I are stepping in for @aossweden.bsky.social this weekend at AoS 6N. We were obviously picked because we’re tall, handsome and have great beards 👀

This weekend was The Justice Series teams event in Coventry, with players attending across a bunch of teams.

This meant @zhorph.bsky.social had to defend the belt!

He did a fine job, but @studioerstwood.bsky.social was able to wrestle it from him! (see what we did there?)

We have a new champ!

Had a small amount of hobby time yesterday, so I finished these! Another brilliant kit!

GW need to release the rest of the range asap. I can’t wait any longer 😂

Finished the first of the Infernal Cohort units I have. The models hit all the right things for me. They look great, they have lots of character but also aren’t to complex that it takes too long to finish a unit.

Next up is the Bombard and the Rocket Battery!

I absolutely succumbed to the FOMO, and got me some Helsmiths!!

These models are 11/10 and I’ve had so much fun painting them!

Got some visitors this weekend. Warhammer, Food and Drinks are the name of the game.

Tour of the Plymouth Gin Distillery tomorrow. I’m sure that’ll be just fine.

Thanks to all the support of our wonderful players, the Welsh Open raised £1,400 for charity this weekend, with funds going to Children's Cancer and Leukemia.

We are so grateful to everyone for contributing their hard-earned funds for such a worthy cause!

That's a wrap on the Welsh Open!

Congratulations and thanks to all the players - you are truly what makes these events special. It was so good to see so many happy people in one place, and makes all of the hard work worthwhile.

Awards and winners will be posted up tomorrow.

Cleanest Gamer(s) tied at 4/5 votes each for Glen Chalk and Dominik de Cassan! A fantastic achievement for both getting that many votes.

Glen took home the custom WarVault, provided Pro Painted Studios. We'll be passing a trophy to Dominik as he was the highest placed player.

The player-voted "Well Tidy" Award (overall best army across all measures) went to Tony Kirby with his SEAHAUNT! 👻

You can tell that Tony has put so much time into these conversions and the display board - was a joy to see it on the table.
