a lot of the time when i'm writing these days i just say "urgh who would wanna read all this" and my editor aggressively raises her hand with a list of scenes to expand on

i've been considering swapping to new writing software but it's all expensive with a steep learning curve & poor cross-device syncing or expensive subscription service for a minimalist design without formatting so i guess i'll just continue to suffer through my nightmare combo of gdocs and ms word
