I don't understand: Elon Musk is not an elected official, he is not an employee of the federal government, & he is not a vetted cabinet pick. How the f$*!k does he get keys to the Treasury & also decide that USAID is shut down? Am I the only one who thinks the Dems should be storming the barricades?

Just saw a production of The Three Penny Opera and though Brecht might have cringed a bit, the essence of his satire on poverty and crime/capitalism was there. This is our reality.

I have a nearly 20-year old cat who is deaf and recently became blind. It has gutted me. But this is a video of her navigating her terrain. I am in awe and humbled by her ability to adapt and just get on with her life.
