The first three are honestly so colossal; the leap in qol just from these is substantial
I specifically want to talk about ruminating rn tho! Ruminating was paralysing me and sapping my time/energy
Apparently this can also be an OCD thing (something to consider if it affects you), and it's brutal

✨️Reached out and will receive help fixing the dilapidated home we were left with

This month has not been productive, but it doesn't feel like I hit a wall either. Things have just been slow and I think I needed the rest

*BUT* I made amazing progress on my self-care goal
Improved diet, sleep schedule, hobbies, more time outside, stopped ruminating, improved boundaries further, excerising/stretching more, etc...
Going to try to use this month to refocus 💪😤
